We ship from the United States. Every order includes a free sticker.
Shipping
We pack orders by hand and send them within 1–2 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your package leaves.
Shipping is worked out at checkout from your address and what's in your bag. You'll see the cost and the estimated delivery date before you pay.
- United States: shipped with tracking, no extra fees on arrival.
- Canada: shipped with tracking. Canada may charge import duties or taxes when your package arrives.
- Rest of the world: shipped with tracking. Your country may charge import duties or taxes when your package arrives. These are set by your country, not by us.
Pre-order items ship when their batch is ready. The expected date is shown before you pay.
Returns
Changed your mind? You can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact us first and we'll send you the return details.
Kits that have been soldered or assembled can't be returned for a change of mind, but if anything arrives faulty or damaged, tell us and we'll put it right, whether that's a replacement part or a refund.
This doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
